[DATAFARI-25] Update the deduplication documentation

For now the documentation for deduplication mentions that there is no admin page. This is not the case anymore, we do have an admin page for configuration, so the documentation needs to be updated accordingly. https://datafari.atlassian.net/wiki/display/DATAFARI/Managing+Deduplication
