Extend simplified job with 2 filtering possibilities

For simplified connectors where it applies, propose a dropdown with two choices:

1. "Office mode": the job will only keep file types that correspond to office-related work (MS Office, Libre office, pdf, txt...)
2. "Extended mode": the job will filter as it already does today.
